similar looking sliding shed @ 31 30 50.03N 104 44 26.19E . It is 100m above the road i.e. hidden from public view.
notice how this public road has been taken out from @ 31 30 46.74N 104 44 49.20E to @ 31 30 40.17N 104 44 30.20E

These facilities are located so close to population suggesting the activities there are not visible to the naked eye unlike what we see in photos of SOR, Kirtland AFB. Two sliding sheds suggest two firing systems, meaning Xinjiang facility has stronger power output than others.

Yup, I saw that one already. From what I can tell, the general consensus is that it can't be anything laser related because it doesn't look like an American laser facility, and there is no really big sign saying "laser in here".

To minimize loss due to atmospheric effects China is making efforts to study the Ionosphere at CRIRP @ 40°24'15.91"N, 93°38'09.74"E . China also has a very well developed TT&C systems placed all around the globe (both static as well as mobile - to include Yuanwang series ships) to have a 24 hour coverage of any satellite/missile in outer space. Their sigint capabilities are also well developed and established in terms of infrastructure etc. Calculating the precise path of any space borne object would not be difficult for China at all. Once this is known even 100 seconds are long enough to do the damage intended.

This looks more like HEL Facility rather than only a tracking one.
